Nature
Welcome to my nature photography collage, a somewhat limited collection that captures the beauty and serenity of the natural world. Each image tells its own story, the intricate details and breathtaking landscapes that inspire awe and appreciation. Join me on this visual journey as we explore the wonders of nature through my lens.
Landscape Rules
This was taken with an older Leica X1, a somewhat impulse buy, but back to the photograph. This was at a time when just being snap happy made me photographer but I was wrong. With all the rules like. rule of thirds, golden hour, knowing available light and even down to the legendary Fibonacci spiral it appears that for landscape photography all these little nuances needs to be observed. This photo is a classic example. Taken in the hot afternoon sun, leads to nothing, even the weak attempt of the leading lines is poor. Guess I have something to work on in my free time.

Lighting
Still too plain. Taken with a Sony A6300 APS-C with a 16-70mm F4.0 Zeiss Lens. Same mistake of harsh sunny day lighting. The 1/2 and 1/2 is an improvement to the the rule of 3rds. Subject matter choice needs to improve. A journey after all.
